The ARIIA webinar series Showcasing ARIIA Grant Project Outcomes, aims to highlight the transformative outcomes, key findings, and next steps of the innovative projects funded by the ARIIA Grant program.

In this webinar, Palliative care in rural and regional settings, we will hear from lead researchers about their projects:

• A pilot program: Embedding a Palliative Care Link Nurse (PC-Link Nurse) into Residential Aged Care Facilities in regional South Australia

  Project update presented by Jason Gabriel, Palliative Care Nurse Educator, Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network Incorporated

• Implementation of a novel palliative care assessment toolkit (PCAT) in rural residential aged care facilities

  Project update presented by Professor Hanan Khalil, Associate Dean - Domestic Partnerships, School of Psychology and Public Health, La Trobe University
