First Nations workforce capability in practice
Our themed case studies are developed through interviews with First Nations providers, published case studies, or a combination of both. Each theme combines practical examples of culturally safe care and workforce capability building with key messages, background information, implementation considerations and selected resources. The case studies share real-world experiences, lessons learned and insights to support learning across the sector. The collection includes five themes and twelve case studies. We have also provided a link to our Knowledge Exchange Pilot as an additional theme which contains two participants learning from the experience.
