Call for Director Nominations – ARIIA Board
Aged Care Research & Industry Innovation Australia (ARIIA) invites suitably skilled and interested individuals to nominate for a Non‑Executive Director position on the ARIIA Board.
One or more Director positions may become available following the 2026 Annual General Meeting, subject to the re-election outcomes of current Directors reaching the end of their appointed terms. This call for nominations is issued on a contingent basis and does not presume that any current Director will stand down.
ARIIA is seeking Directors who will complement and strengthen the Board’s collective skills, experience, and perspectives, and who can contribute to strong governance and strategic leadership that support ARIIA’s charitable purpose and impact across the aged care and innovation ecosystem.
Ideal candidates must demonstrate experience in the aged care sector, technology and/or innovation, and culturally and linguistically diverse communities, and bring strong capabilities in governance, strategy and finance, along with prior board experience and/or AICD qualifications. Appointments are made with regard to the overall mix of skills and experience required by the Board and the evolving needs of ARIIA and the aged care sector.
ARIIA is committed to inclusion, diversity and respectful governance, and values contributions from people with varied backgrounds, experiences and perspectives that reflect the communities and sectors we serve.
Further information about ARIIA is available on the ARIIA website.
