Evidence themes
The Knowledge and Implementation Hub provides a growing range of short, easy-to-read summaries of the established research evidence on palliative care and end of life in aged care. These ‘evidence themes’ are designed to help the aged care workforce learn more about key issues and what they can do to support the people in their care approaching the end of life.
