Palliative care toolkit for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health professionals

The toolkit from the Indigenous Program of Experience in the Palliative Approach (IPEPA) and the Palliative Care Curriculum for Undergraduates (PCC4U) project provides five modules on palliative care, focusing on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
