As Manager of Capability Programs at ARIIA, Tara leads the development and delivery of initiatives that build the capability of the aged care workforce. With over 10 years of experience in the sector, she brings expertise in business operations, workforce coordination and person-centred care. Tara is passionate about supporting aged care professionals to implement practical, scalable solutions that improve service quality and workforce sustainability across diverse care settings.

Claire is an experienced physiotherapist with a background in musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation. She has a passion for working with older people and combining progressive technologies to promote independence and community participation. Claire is driven to improve the care and quality of life of older people and has a Postdoctoral research fellowship with ARIIA’s Knowledge and Implementation Hub.
As the Knowledge and Implementation Hub Administration Officer, Robyn brings extensive experience from many years working within the health industry with roles with SA Health, home healthcare providers and the pharmaceutical industry. She is a skilled office co-ordinator with a particular interest in project management, collaboration and engagement.
