Report a concern

Please use this form to anonymously report any concerns to ARIIA. This concern will be referred to the appropriate ARIIA Board or Executive team member, depending on the nature of the report.

All information provided will be treated confidentially, sensitively and in line with ARIIA’s Privacy Policy and Whistleblower Policy obligations. If in ARIIA’s opinion, the shared confidential information breaches law, it will share the information as appropriate.

ARIIA understands that reporting concerns may sometimes be a sensitive matter, and therefore the reporter may not wish to share their contact details. Please note that if contact details are not available, ARIIA will endeavour to make reasonable enquiries into the report, noting that it may not be able to fully address the raised concern due to the anonymous nature of the report. Evidence will be required to assist with the report enquiry.
