UPDATE: Phase 4 of the Flagship Projects is Underway
22 January 2026
Since July last year, the aged care providers participating in the Flagship Projects have been immersed in data collection, co-design, collaborative learning sessions, and targeted support from ARIIA and subject matter experts. From this extensive work, each organisation defined a challenge and planned a data-driven, contextualised solution to implement in their organisation for Phase 4 of the program.
Thirteen sites will be implementing their projects from January to June this year, accessing ongoing support from ARIIA and subject matter experts, and collaborating with their Flagship peers. In the spirit of collaboration, ARIIA is committed to ensuring the whole sector can learn and benefit from the Flagship Projects, and we will be sharing progress, knowledge, resources and tools over the coming months.
