We are undertaking a research project to explore the value of online information available in the Knowledge and Implementation Hub, to understand how online knowledge is accessed and used, and to assess the contribution of end-users and experts in the development of online resources. This research will inform future approaches to the development of our resources for the aged care sector.
We are interested in getting your feedback to:
- Explore the role and value of online aged care knowledge availability to the aged care sector.
- Evaluate the contribution of health and aged care professionals and aged care recipients in developing and improving content.
- Monitor patterns of use of a knowledge resource developed for the aged care sector.
- Assess the contribution of end users in web user testing and usability assessment of the Hub.
