An interactive toolkit from the Agency for Clinical Innovation (ACI), NSW Health, providing practical information, resources and tools for using a co-design approach to service improvements. Although the focus is healthcare, the principles can be readily applied to the aged care setting. Developed with consideration of Aboriginal communities participating in co-design projects.
