Holly’s experience spans human resources, operations management, change implementation and marketing communications, and she holds a degree in psychology. Holly is passionate about supporting individuals, leaders and organisations to think differently about challenges, create thriving work environments, and implement future-focused solutions that have real impact. As Senior Manager, Strategic Projects Holly works closely with the ARIIA Executive Team to deliver large-scale projects that advance ARIIA’s mission and vision.

Irene is the Digital Content Officer for Ariia and brings over 20 years of experience in digital content management of websites and social media platforms from local and state government. She is also an accomplished photographer and artist.

Paul is an Information Specialist within the Knowledge and Implementation Hub (KIH) and has professional skills in research, information and aged care, both in Australian and the UK. He is driven by the desire to enable individuals a voice in service delivery and has co-designed numerous programmes with older people.

Liana is the Program Manager, Aged Care Incubator with over 16 years’ experience across home care, community and residential services as a manager and Physiotherapist, leading teams within not for profit, government and private organisations across a range of government-funded and private services. Her aim is to improve the lives of older people and ensure the sustainability of the sector.
