As the Manager of the Capability Programs, Tara is responsible for coordinating ARIIA's Workforce Capability Development Programs. She has over 10 years' experience in the Aged Care sector with a particular interest in Human Resources, Workforce Management and Person-Centred Care.

Claire is an experienced physiotherapist with a background in musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation. She has a passion for working with older people and combining progressive technologies to promote independence and community participation. Claire is driven to improve the care and quality of life of older people and has a Postdoctoral research fellowship with ARIIA’s Knowledge and Implementation Hub.

As the Knowledge and Implementation Hub Administration Officer, Robyn brings extensive experience from many years working within the health industry with roles with SA Health, home healthcare providers and the pharmaceutical industry.  She is a skilled office co-ordinator with a particular interest in project management, collaboration and engagement.

Janine is a Research Fellow in the Knowledge and Implementation Hub (KIH) and a research methodologist and health service researcher with extensive experience in evidence generation and synthesis, particularly in clinical guidelines and different types of reviews. She is applying these skills in producing evidence-based information for the aged-care sector.

Dr Carol Davy is an accomplished senior level director with a track record of successful strategic and tactical leadership. Carol has extensive experience in research, designing and implementing innovative solutions to challenges faced by the aged and health care sectors.
